Tomato, Basil & Red Onion Salad

Tomato, Basil & Red Onion Salad ingredients (7)
Makes 18 servings
5 large ripe red tomatoes
2 large red onions, peeled
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
20 sprigs fresh basilio fino or large basil leaves

Tomato, Basil & Red Onion Salad directions
Thinly slice onions and arrange a layer on serving platter.

Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick and add layer of tomatoes over onions.

Top with onions; drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil over salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; garnish with basil and serve.
