Peppy Artichoke Spread ingredients
Makes about 2.5 cupsSpread
1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (4-oz)
1 (4-oz) can diced green chili peppers, drained

Place drained artichoke hearts in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and process until finely chopped, stopping machine to scrape down sides as necessary.
Transfer artichokes to a medium saucepan. Stir in cheese and chili peppers. Cook and stir over Medium-Low heat until heated through and cheese is melted, about twelve to fifteen (12 to 15) minutes.
