Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Libby's® Pumpkin Pie ingredients
Makes one 9-inch pie (8 servings)
2 eggs, slightly beaten 
1 (16-oz) can solid pack pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (12-oz) can Carnation® Evaporated Milk or 1-1/2 cups half-and-half
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Notes: If Deep Dish 9-inch Frozen  pie shell is substituted, let shell thaw 20 minutes, then recrimp edge to stand 1/2-inch above rim. Preheat cookie sheet while preheating oven to 375ºF. Bake on cookie sheet 70 minutes or until pie tests done as noted below.

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 350ºF and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.

Cool; garnish, if desired with whipped topping.
