Gourmet Herbal-Infused Vinegars

These recipes call for infusing unique combinations of vinegars and herbs.
  • Asian Five-Spice Vinegar
  • Five-Herb Vinegar
  • Herb Garden Vinegar

Garlic-Basil White Wine Vinegar

This herbal vinegar is good with fresh, hot green beans.

Garlic-Basil Vinegar ingredients
Makes 2 cups
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cups white wine vinegar (5% acidity)

For garnish:Additional sprigs of fresh basil

Lemon - White Wine Vinegars

Unless otherwise noted, these are my own recipes:

Mix this herbal vinegar with oil and toss with fresh fruit salad.
