Corned Beef Cheese Ball

Gloria's Corned Beef Cheese Ball ingredients (7)
Makes one (6-inch) cheese ball or two logs
2 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened at room temperature
2 (2.5-oz) pkgs deli-thin sliced corned beef, chopped
3 to 4 green onions, sliced
3/4 tsp Accent® Flavor Enhancer
3/4 tsp Lea & Perrins® Original Worcestershire Sauce
Chopped pecans or chopped fresh parsley

For serving

Substitute deli ham slices for the corned beef.

Use corned beef or dried beef with 3 tsp prepared horseradish instead of the Accent® and Worcestershire sauce.

Gloria's Corned Beef Cheese Ball Directions
Thoroughly combine cream cheese and corned beef. Add green onions and seasonings; mix again.

Form into a ball; roll in chopped nuts or chopped parsley (or both). Wrap in wax paper, then aluminum foil and refrigerate at least four (4) hours.

Unwrap and garnish, as desired. Bring to room temperature before serving with Triscuits.

Form in a log and roll in chopped fresh parsley, as part of antipasto tray.
