Lemon Marinade for Beef

Lemon Marinade ingredients
Makes enough for 4-lbs. meat
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic, minced or 2 green onion tops, sliced

Whisk all ingredients together.

I believe this recipe is from a women's magazine published during the late 1970s or early 1980s; however there is no notation on the handwritten recipe card.
