Meatloaf | High Cotton Cookin'

New Slant on Meatloaf ingredients
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/3 cup hot water
2-LBS ground beef
2-3 slices bread, crumbled
2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup grated carrot

Notes:


Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine all ingredients and lightly shape into loaf. Place in a large casserole and bake for 50 minutes.
