Jill's Baked Pork Chops ingredients
Makes 8 servings1/2 Tbsp butter
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp milk
8 pork chops (see Notes)

Assemble the ingredients and equipment.
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Melt the butter in a casserole and set aside.
Coat and bake
Combine the dry ingredients. Combine the egg and milk.
Dip chops into crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs again. Place chops in the casserole dish and bake for one (1) hour.
