Fay's Pork Chop Casserole

Fay's Pork Chop Casserole ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can Cheddar Cheese soup, undiluted
1 can of mushrooms, drained
Minute Rice
4 to 6 pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick or less
1 soup can of water

Get ready
Pre-heat oven to 325ºF. Butter casserole dish.

Cover the bottom of prepared casserole dish with uncooked Minute Rice. Layer pork chops over Minute Rice; spread mushrooms over the chops.

Spoon one-half can of each soup over chops. Cover pork chops with Minute Rice.

Spread remainder of each soup over the top. Pour the one soup can of water into the edge of the baking dish.

Bake and serve warm
Cover and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
